1. What kind of personalised gifts do we offer?

As a personalized gift shop, we offer a wide range of personalized presents for a variety of occasions and recipients. Items in our personalized gift selection include mugs, key chains, coasters, lunch boxes, chopping boards, and much more. Personalized presents are also available for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, and other important occasions. We can also make personalized gifts with custom designs, quotes, and images.

2. Where is my order?

3. My order arrived damaged, incomplete, is faulty etc, please help!

As we are committed to ensuring that you receive your items in the best condition, all products are checked before dispatch. However, the product may be damaged in the process of delivery.

4. When will I get my order?

Estimated delivery time:

West Malaysia within 1-3 days,

East Malaysia within 3-6 days.

5. Can I buy-in-store?

Yes, you may buy our personalized gifts in person at our real store in Kuantan, Pahang. Our store has a large selection of personalized presents for a variety of occasions and recipients, and our friendly staff will gladly assist you with your purchase.

6. Do you ship to my country?

Currently we only ship our items in Malaysia only.

However sometimes we are able to make exemptions, please email us at info@ukirkuantan.com.my.

7. I would like to send as a gift, Can I request gift wrapping service?

Yes, just leave us a note when you check out if you need extra services or if you have any specific requests related to personalized gifts.
